5-star service and repair for my Tesla. After getting rear ended, they repaired and inspected everything above my expectations, even going so far as to search for a custom bumper emblem that I added previously. The repair work was amazing, but Jennifer and her customer service are why I will always return here for repair work on my Tesla Model 3. She kept me informed, asked questions when necessary and made sure I was taken care of from the day it arrived through pickup! She is a model of what customer service should look like!

Recently moved to the area from California and needed 2 cars repaired with mutiple small dents and scratches. Went here based on ratings and are very happy. Great communication and customer service by Sean who made everything so easy from getting quotes to scheduling the work. Both jobs were completed before schedule. Trustworthy company who delivers quality work.

I brought my Tesla to them to replace the front bumper. That was on a Wednesday & I let them know I was flying out of town on Tuesday of the next week. On Friday just two days after I had dropped the car off they called me to let me know the work was done and they just needed time to clean up the car and I could pick it up. It was great news, I was able to return the rental car several days early and when I picked up my car it was spotless. It had been cleaned Inside and out and the bumper that had been replaced was perfect. I can’t say enough good about this business. The front staff was professional & friendly.They listened to me and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. One of the guys who works there gave me a ride to the car rental location & stayed long enough to make sure everything went smoothly & I had a car before he left. I can’t give this business enough kudos. Great job everyone, thanks so much!

Highly recommend San Jose Collision. I had a bad dent on the side of my truck from a sign and gathered a few quotes from highly rated collision centers. San Jose Collision was not only very competitively priced but also had the quickest turn around time. I chose them and was not disappointed! They predicted it would take 4-5 days to complete the repair and had it done in 4. They also partner with Enterprise making receiving & dropping off your rental super easy. Would use them again & recommend to any of my family and friends picture for reference.

I have to give props to this place. I've been needing to get the hood on my Toyota Highlander fixed for a while. A previous owner had applied some kind of wrap on the hood and on the mirror caps, and after I bought it, the wrap began to lift from car washes and the Florida heat. For two years, the hood has been akin to the texture of sand paper. So recently, I finally decided to look for a body shop to repair it. I'll be honest, San Jose Collision was the first and only place I received a quote from. I could tell from the jump that they know what they are doing and I could trust them with this project, albeit a small one compare to what they are used to doing. Sean was kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. I picked up my car yesterday and the finished product looks great. They were open and honest about needing a little extra time and hence extra paid labor, but I was fine with that. I'm going to return on Monday to have them finish the mirror caps, but I trust them to finish the job. I know where to go if God forbid something happens with my vehicle that I need a body shop again. I'm actually not embarrassed to pull up in my car now with my hood fixed! Thanks y'all!
